This workshop provides a general overview of the processes, timelines, and steps of the Teacher Performance Appraisal (TPA) process.

Erin Oxland
Erin is a KPR graduate (of CDCI East) and started working with KPR in 2005. She’s taught everything from Kindergarten to grade 8, spending most of her career in Intermediate and Special Education. In 2021, she stepped into the role of 1st Vice President for KPR ETFO, which includes the roles of grievance officer and lead negotiator. She lives in Port Hope with her 12 year old and fills her spare time with community theatre and volunteering around town.
